Big news from Newport Peach!

To My Sweet Peaches,

Over the past six years, I have had the incredible privilege to be your Peach President and watch you all grow as a community, and grow more in love with yourself, your body, and your Peach. I have truly loved every minute of our sweat dates and getting to be with you through building out 3 locations, getting through covid lockdowns, doing parking lot and beach classes, my pregnancy, and the beginning of Baby Duke's life. I am so grateful that he has been able to watch you beautiful, strong women in classes. Not only are you his first memories, but I know that he will be a better man and more of a badass because of you girls!

Obviously, you’ve seen that I’ve been teaching a lot of the classes and that baby Duke is getting too big to bring to the classes now so over the past few months I’ve been really brainstorming and reaching out to my family and closest friends about what my next phase in life should be and where this journey is going to take me.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing space that we moved into, truly the space I’ve been waiting for since I started the Peach. I know that our community is only going to get bigger being in such a fantastic location. I couldn’t be more proud of my teachers and how they’ve all morphed into these incredible powerhouses of fitness instructors with their unique styles and personalities shining through in every class. I know you miss seeing them in classes more often!

So here is the news...I have officially transferred ownership of Newport Peach to one of my longest clients and badass Mama friend Nicole Schmitz! (2 Nicoles? How can we go wrong!?)

Nicole and I were having a casual conversation after class one day that turned into several serious conversations, that turned into serious planning, and finally a new Peach President! I am ecstatic for her in this new role and know that she is going to bring so much life to our studio, our teachers, and most importantly YOU! It is important to know that she already drinks the Peach cool-aide and only wants to make positive changes that the studio already needs! She is excited to refresh and revamp parts of the studio that are long overdue and to spread the word further about The Peach!

To be clear, I am absolutely here to stay! I’ll be teaching throughout the week - just not ALL week haha! I’ll also be training our incredible teachers and running certifications. Teaching is my calling in life and being with you fills my heart every day. I am here and will be here for you in class!

I truly feel this was the best move for the business, the teachers, my life, and for you Peaches.

I can’t wait to see all the greatness that will come from a little extra love put into this amazing community! Get ready for more classes, more of your favorite teachers, super cool events, and as always FUN - FRIENDSHIP & COMMUNITY!
