This eclipse season is powerful friends! On Monday, we begin with a full moon in Libra lunar eclipse. Potent perspectives are available for the areas of our life that are ready to be upleveled so we can occupy more freedom and joy. Full moons also bring emotions to the surface that may need to be cleared in order to access their wisdom and move forward.

Join me for some time together to move through this energy together intentionally. Have a place to move your body and sit. If you have any essential oils you enjoy have those handy. I recommend the “tree” oils like Fir, Spruce, Cedarwood. Bring your intentions and your openess to what this time is opening for you. I will allow time at the end for Q&A around this eclipse season. We will do some gentle movement, some breath work, meditation and some energetic practices to help us move through this eclipse with ease and grace.
