Dr. Mala will cover topics such as how yoga and meditation practices impact on the brain and vagus nerve regulation and how these practices can assist in physical and emotional healing. She will be referencing up-to-date research as well as providing you with powerful tools and strategies for regulating your vagus nerve and how to rewire the brain and nervous system.  These transformative lectures offer a unique blend of scientific research, ancient wisdom, and practical techniques to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being and resiliency.
